Services Overview

The Federal Evaluation Office offers multiple solutions for individuals and federal agencies looking for an authoritative overview of federal retirement benefits and the options of each plan. We focus on providing seminars for the Human Resources Department, that wants to bring in an outside contractor with the tools and knowledge, to give their employees accurate and useful information about their individual situations. Our public seminars are open to all federal employees interested in learning more about the ins-and-outs of their retirement program and how to make their benefits work more efficiently.

 

We also offer our exclusive Federal Employee Benefit Evaluation to all federal employees wanting more information about their specific situation and when they can retire. This tool is an excellent addition to the current program offered by HR offices in each federal agency. The evaluation gives a detailed overview of an individual's current financial situation and projects what their retirement will look like in any number of years. It is a useful planning tool to help employees decide if they are on track for retirement.

Find a public seminar if you are an individual, or if you represent an organization, schedule a contracted seminar for your group.

FEDERAL BENEFITS & RETIREMENT EVALUATION

The Federal Evaluation Office is pleased to offer an exclusive opportunity to federal employees to learn what their current benefits package will look like at retirement. Our Federal Employee Benefit Evaluation is an invaluable tool that allows FEO to advise you on your current situation and how to optimize your benefits for retirement.


With this service, one of our Federal Employee Benefits Counselors will walk you through all of your federal benefit programs. The evaluation begins with the collection of brief personal retirement information. After taking your information, your Benefit Counselor will submit it to your exclusive federal workbook and provide you with an in-depth analysis of your benefits structure. The evaluation includes an in-depth of the following federal employee concerns:
