I UNDERSTAND...

Per GETA, Title 5 U.S.C. Sections 4101-4118 and E. O. 9397, 11348 & 12107 and Titles CFR Part(s) 410 & 412, I am entitled to education in regard to my federal benefits and retirement. I also understand by unsubscribing from all communications with the Federal Evaluation Office, I am choosing to no longer be contacted about federal benefits, retirement, retirement workshops, or any further communication(s) strictly for educational purposes, only. 

Furthermore, I am choosing to not receive further assistance and education that is offered to me at no cost. I do understand that my local HR representative cannot, and is not licensed, to answer all related questions pertaining to investments, taxes, TSP investment funds, and proper pension/distribution options.
